BLOCKOUT HYPERBLOCK 100 is a one-component, polyurethane-based product specially designed for long-term waterproofing. Due to its advanced polyurethane technology, it provides effective solutions for waterproofing challenges that cannot be accomplished by conventional waterproofing. BLOCKOUT HYPERBLOCK 100 is formulated with elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins that provide excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV, and natural element resistance properties. BLOCKOUT HYPERBLOCK 100 polymerizes when exposed to subsoil and ambient moisture.
