Inv. Derrick A. Tan, founder of Buildrite Construction Chemicals, Max Bond adhesives and manufacturer of Sinclair Paints. Experienced in coatings, floorings, adhesives, admixtures, wall finishings, sealants, tiling and concrete repair. Presently president of Philippine Association of Paint Manufacturers, Vice president of Philippine Dry Mix Mortar Association. Trainor and lecturer of construction chemicals.
