Project Reference
To ensure the longevity of a rest house roof deck in Iloilo, a comprehensive waterproofing system was implemented to address various structural needs. The process began with surface preparation, using CEMENT GRIP and HARDCRETE 310 to patch concrete spalling. Specific areas were treated with targeted solutions: SAPAL RTU for balusters and ledges, and LEAKPLUG for sealing corner joints. Finally, the main roof deck slab was protected with a robust combination of EPOCOAT MB and CLEVER SIL. With the guidance of the Buildrite technical team, the application was executed correctly, leaving the owner, Mr. Sonny Cadubla, satisfied with the durable and beautiful result.
