In Iloilo City, homeowner Ms. Tintin Que sought a flooring finish that could provide a sense of expansive space while being tough enough to resist daily wear and tear.

The high-gloss finish of Buildrite Epocoat FCH acts like a subtle mirror, bouncing light into darker corners of the home to create a soothing, open-air vibe.
• Abrasion Resistance: Unlike standard floor paints, Buildrite Epocoat FCH (Food Grade/Chemical Resistant) is engineered for high-traffic environments. It provides a hard-wearing surface that resists scratches from moving furniture and withstands the friction of daily household activity.
• Seamless Hygiene: By eliminating the grout lines found in traditional tiling, this epoxy system creates a perfectly seamless surface. This makes the floor much easier to clean and prevents the buildup of dust and allergens, which is a major advantage for residential living.
