Project Reference

Sealing, concrete repair, waterproofing, and finishing—we provide a complete system for high-rise maintenance. In this major project, SYG Engineering and Consultancy utilized a full suite of Buildrite products to rehabilitate and finish the exterior walls of the iconic INJAP Tower in Manduriao, Iloilo City.

Engr. Simon Gemora, CEO of SYG Engineering and Consultancy and a long-standing partner of Buildrite, selected our products for this large-scale project due to their proven track record in demanding environments.

The remediation process involved several specialized steps:
1. Structural Repair: Buildrite Confix IJ was used for epoxy injection to restore the integrity of cracked concrete sections.
2. Joint Sealing: Gaps and expansion joints were addressed using Stopgap FS and Stopgap 1, ensuring the building envelope remains flexible yet watertight.
3. Waterproofing: For the exterior walls, Sapal 2-in-1 was applied to serve as both a high-performance sealant and a flexible waterproofing membrane.
4. Final Finish: To achieve a premium aesthetic and long-lasting protection, the project was completed using Sinclair Natica Paints.

By using an integrated system rather than piecemeal products, SYG Engineering ensured that every layer—from the structural core to the final coat of paint—is chemically compatible and built to withstand the elements.
