This project is a testament to our "Magtanong Para Sigurado" campaign, where we turn technical challenges into long-term partnerships. The story began on social media when we encountered a homeowner seeking advice for a common but serious problem: concrete spalling on a ceiling, caused by water seeping through the roof deck above.

Our customer service team engaged with the client—who happened to be an engineer—to provide a dual-action solution. To stop the root cause of the damage, we recommended Buildrite Clever Sil for the roof deck. To repair the visible damage on the ceiling, we recommended Buildrite Concrete Patch V.

The restoration involved a meticulous technical process:
• Leak Termination: Buildrite Leak Plug was used to instantly stop any active seepage.
• Structural Repair: For the ceiling, the spalled concrete was removed, and the rebar was treated before applying Buildrite Concrete Patch V (Vertical). This specialized mortar is designed to adhere to overhead surfaces without sagging.
• Surface Preparation: Buildrite Cement Grip was used as a bonding agent to ensure the new mortar adhered perfectly to the old concrete.
• Waterproofing Membrane: Buildrite Clever Sil was applied to the roof deck to create a seamless, highly flexible, and UV-resistant barrier.
