To ensure long-lasting protection for a 55 sqm commercial building roof deck in Tondo, Manila, Aljomitri Corporation executed a comprehensive waterproofing strategy. The process began with the application of a new concrete topping fortified with RITEMIX PC 200 and CEMENT GRIP. Critical corner joints were sealed using LEAK PLUG to prevent seepage. The main slab was then waterproofed using a system of EPOCOAT MB and CLEVER SIL, while the parapet walls were treated with SAPAL RTU. The result is a durable, fully waterproofed roof deck capable of withstanding the elements for many years.
