This house was repainted and waterproofed using Buildrite products—now it looks brand new! In this project, Lmn2 Trading Philippines used Buildrite Sapal 2in1 and Buildrite Sapal Rtu with Buildrite Sinclair Acri Color to waterproof the exterior walls and parapet walls of a house in Southville, Las Piñas.

The process began by repairing all existing cracks using Buildrite Sapal 2in1. Once the surface was prepped, the entire exterior was repainted using Buildrite Sapal Rtu mixed with Buildrite Sinclair Acri Color to achieve the client's preferred aesthetic.

Since Buildrite Sapal Rtu acts as a primer, waterproofer, and final coating all in one, the team was able to save significantly on material costs, time, and labor. Moreover, it is considered one of the most durable exterior waterproofing materials available, offering excellent UV resistance, elasticity, and crack-bridging capability to ensure the home stays protected for years to come.
