Size doesn’t matter—whether it is a small home or a multi-story structure, the exterior wall is the building's first line of defense. Without proper protection, environmental stressors like driving rain, fluctuating humidity, and urban pollution can lead to hairline cracks, water seepage, and structural decay.

For a 4-story residential and commercial building in Sisa, Manila, Architect Jayson Abustan’s Central District Design Group (CDDG) prioritized long-term durability by specifying Buildrite Sapal RTU for the entire building envelope. As a loyal Buildrite partner, CDDG understood that a standard paint finish is insufficient for Manila’s extreme weather cycles.

Sapal RTU was selected for its high-performance acrylic formulation, which offers a "4-in-1" solution:
