Swimming pools are among the most demanding structures in residential construction because they must withstand constant hydrostatic pressure from both the inside (water weight) and the outside (groundwater). For her project in Paombong, Bulacan, Engr. Amie Obed required a multi-stage waterproofing system that would ensure the concrete shell remained leak-proof while providing a vibrant, easy-to-maintain finish.

The Buildrite Two-Stage Protection System:
• Stage 1: Deep-Penetrating Waterproofing: The process began with the application of Buildrite Crystor. Unlike topical membranes, Crystor is a crystalline waterproofing treatment that penetrates deep into the concrete's pores.
