It's time for a healthy start! Restoration of high-impact sports surfaces requires more than just a coat of paint—it demands a complete structural and protective system. In this project, Strongworks Construction Builders was tasked with the rehabilitation and refinishing of a tennis court in Lubao, Pampanga.

The existing court suffered from structural cracks, concrete spalling, and uneven sloping, all of which had to be addressed before the final finish could be applied. The contractor chose Buildrite because we offer a comprehensive system of compatible products to handle every stage of the repair:
• Structural Crack Repair: Confix IJ (Injection) and Confix LV (Low Viscosity) were used to restore the integrity of the concrete slab.
• Surface Restoration: Concrete Patch H and Hardcrete 310 were applied to repair spalled areas and correct the slope, ensuring proper water drainage.
• System Primer: Epocoat MB was used as the moisture barrier and primer to guarantee superior adhesion for the topcoat.

For the final finish, Buildrite Floortek Flex was applied. This PU Rubberized flooring is the gold standard for sports facilities due to its specialized properties:
• Flexibility & Durability: It forms a resilient film that withstands structural movement and high-impact play.
• Safety & Shock Absorption: The rubberized texture provides excellent cushioning for players' joints and reduces the risk of slip-and-fall accidents.
• UV & Abrasion Resistance: Specially formulated for exterior applications, it resists color fading from sun exposure and prevents rips or tears during intense activity.
