Addressing severe scaling and spalling on roads in Ilocos, the project team faced the critical decision of whether to repair or replace the compromised pavement. Opting for a cost-effective and efficient solution to avoid a total "remove-and-replace" scenario, the contractor utilized a combination of Buildrite CONFIX LV and HARDCRETE 510. This system allowed for the resurfacing of large areas with a minimum thickness of 10mm while achieving a high compressive strength of 5000 psi. The repair successfully restored the road's integrity and prevented further structural damage.
