For this office building in Bulacan, the design team selected a unique flooring solution to enhance both the safety and aesthetics of the stairs. They implemented a stone carpet system, chosen specifically because it perfectly complements the texture of the building's new stucco walls. Beyond its visual appeal, this technology offers excellent slip resistance, a critical safety feature for stairways. To achieve this, the team used Buildrite Floortek PF, a high-strength stone binder capable of creating stunning, durable stone carpets suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
