Heavy-duty construction chemicals for a long-lasting house! In this project, Engr. Patrick Young used several Buildrite products for the waterproofing and finishing requirements of a house in Angeles City, Pampanga.

With the help of our technical experts on-ground, we addressed all his technical inquiries. He was convinced that Buildrite could provide high-quality products and the value-added services necessary for his high-end projects.

With our technical assistance, the team applied Buildrite Tofil 801 Skim Coat SF and Buildrite Sapal RTU for the exterior walls to ensure a smooth, watertight finish. For the stone tile installation, they used Buildrite Smartbond to ensure maximum adhesion and flexibility. Aside from waterproofing the exterior wall and tile installation, they also used other system solutions on various parts of the house, which we will feature in future updates.
