Storage rooms for machines require a durable flooring system! In this project, we applied a heavy-duty floor coating for an 80sqm storage room of a cheese manufacturing plant in Angeles, Pampanga. The room serves as a storage facility for the machines used to process cheese, meaning the floor must withstand significant weight and movement.

The contractor required a floor coating with excellent impact and abrasion resistance. We recommended Buildrite Epocoat Mb and Buildrite Epocoat Fc for this application. Compared to traditional tiles, a durable floor coating system is highly recommended for food manufacturing facilities because it creates a seamless surface that prevents infestation and mold buildup.

For the walls, the team ensured a high-quality finish by using Buildrite Tofil 801 (Skim Coat SF) and Buildrite Tofil 803 (Primer and Sealer) before applying the final topcoat. This comprehensive system ensures the facility meets the strict durability and hygiene standards required for food processing environments.
